Day 7 – Integration & Next Steps

Naming your growth and honoring it

Reflection: You are not your past patterns. You are not other people’s memories of you. You’re allowed to become a new version of yourself

Thoughts:

Your growth this week may be quiet, but it isn’t small. Naming it helps your nervous system recognize progress.

Celebrate What You Noticed

What patterns became visible this week? What did you learn about how you've been abandoning yourself? Awareness is always the first step.

Honor Your Small Wins

Where did you choose yourself in a new way, even if it was small? Every boundary set, every promise kept, every moment you paused to check in, those count.

Choose Your Path Forward

What do you want to keep practicing over the next month? Which practices resonated most? What support or tools do you need to go deeper?

Reflection Prompts

1. What did I notice about my patterns this week that I hadn't seen clearly before?

2. Where did I choose myself in a new way, even if it was small? How did that feel?

3. What do I want to keep practicing over the next month?

4. What support, resources, or tools do I need to go deeper into this work?

5. What would it mean to live a life that feels like mine on the inside, not just one that looks good on the outside?

6. What part of me feels louder, clearer, or freer after this week?

Choose One Practice to Continue

·      Select one practice from this week to continue daily or weekly:

·      One boundary phrase you'll keep using

·      One daily micro-promise to yourself

·      One way you tune into your body's signals

·      One person or space where you'll practice showing up more authentically

Write it somewhere visible. Make it your anchor.

Closing Affirmation:

“I am allowed to live a life that feels like mine on the inside, not just looks good on the outside.”

“I am rebuilding myself from the inside out.”

Closing Note: Keep this kit and revisit it whenever you need to reconnect with yourself. Your inner validation is a practice, not a one-time event.
