At Keep Me Out of Your Box (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we want you to feel confident in what you purchase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for digital products, services, and any physical goods (if applicable).

What this policy covers

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through kmoybox.com (including payments processed through Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported providers).

 

Digital products (downloads, workbooks, templates, guides, toolkits)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions (we’ll make it right):
We will issue a refund or replacement if any of the following applies:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open and we can’t fix it within a reasonable time.

  • You did not receive the download link and we cannot deliver the product after troubleshooting.

How to request help for a digital product issue:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (or receipt screenshot)

  • The email used at checkout

  • A short description of the issue (include screenshots if helpful)

If your request is approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method.

 
Coaching, consultations, and services

If you purchase a service such as coaching, consulting, or a session:

Cancellations / rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule by emailing [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] at least 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Refunds

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance: you may request a full refund or reschedule.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time or do not attend (“no-show”): the session is non-refundable.

  • If we cancel or are unable to provide the service: you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Service packages
If you purchase a multi-session package:

  • Used sessions are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, minus any sessions already delivered.

 
Physical products 

If we offer physical items (like merchandise), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Refund processing time

If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method. Processing time can vary by provider, but many refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

 

Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can help. Payment disputes and chargebacks may delay resolution and can restrict future purchases.

 
Fraud prevention
