I’m a Clinical Psychology graduate student and a Professional Dancer, which basically means:

 I live at the intersection of feeling deeply and moving through it anyway.

Keep Me Out of Your Box is a space for people who are tired of shrinking themselves to be understood, accepted, or “easy to love.” Here, we unpack identity, boundaries, healing, confidence, creativity, and the messy in-between…

with both psychological insight and real-life, in-the-body truth.

Why dance is part of this

 

As a dancer, I’ve learned that your body tells the truth before your brain catches up. Movement has always been a language for what I couldn’t explain out loud and it’s shaped the way I approach healing:
